Bo Adams is the head of the Junior High School at Westminster (one of Atlanta’s top private schools). His focus is transforming the traditional “egg crate” model of teacher-student relationship into more of a collective workshop, where students and teachers walk hand-in-hand as learners. This requires the skills of finding new questions, rather than the skills of giving answers.

Bo came to Westminster in 1995 after teaching at two other independent schools. He earned an A.B. in Economics with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Duke University and an M.Ed. in Social Sciences and School Leadership from Emory University. Since 2003, Bo has been serving as the Junior High School Principal.

In the 2006–07 school year, Bo assisted in the start up of the Center for Teaching at The Westminster Schools.
