Keith M. Eigel, Ph.D. is the co-founder of The Leaders Lyceum, a leadership development institute specializing in developing leaders for effectiveness in all areas of their life—a whole-person approach.

For the past 15 years, he has focused on accelerating adult development for increased leader effectiveness, by incorporating all aspects of the person (work, family, beliefs) into the leader’s developmental journey. He has developed leadership curriculum for organizations; consulted with individual leaders; facilitated mission, change management, and conflict resolution workshops; developed selection systems; and conducted executive assessment for both hiring and development.
