Gaurav is the co-inventor of Piezo Therapeutics’ novel drug delivery platform that harnesses the technology used in a common BBQ lighter to deliver vaccines at a fraction of the cost of conventional methods.

Prior to Piezo, he served in a variety of roles at Moelis and Company, Capital One, and Elevance Health.

Gaurav is a published scientist with a background in drug delivery and synthetic biology. His research span biosensors for wastewater diagnostics, viral vectored HIV vaccines, and skin-targeted nucleic acid delivery.

He holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
