Annette is intrigued and bewildered by the human capacity to engender fairness, equality, and equity. At her core, she believes that we all recognize how fairness, equality, and equity can transform lives. How these elements can transform communities, companies, and cultures. How modeling these behaviors can create a new and positive dynamic. She stands in this truth and endeavors to imbue these elements with friends, family, and colleagues.

In her downtime, she enjoys the challenge and sereneness of sailing. Sailing lets her mind, body, and spirit imagine infinite possibilities and fulfills her sense of wanderlust.
